They did very well. My only complaint is that it took up to 10 days to get a quote. But after this, everything went very smoothly. They acted very professional, worked very hard, and did a great job.

I went to my realtor for giving me a recommendation for a roofer and they recommended Perez Roofing. I telephoned them at about 11 o'clock. At about 2 o'clock, the roofer called and he said that he would be there in about 20 minutes. Then he was there at 2:30. There was a large piece of flashing and a ventilator from a roof in my backyard. He inspected my roof and found nothing wrong. He said that the sealant might have failed or there was no sealant on the flashing. So, he re-sealed it. He told me that he had seen on the neighbor's house where the flashing had come off. I then telephoned the neighbor who was out of town. The roofer then replaced and resealed the ventilator on my neighbor's roof. My bill was $20 which was an outstanding price. He was extremely responsive. My experience with him was outstanding. My realtor's firm uses Perez Roofing for properties that they manage. I don't know how the roofer from Perez Roofing is for major work, but he is extremely responsive. He came in and took care of a minor job for me. He made the repairs for me within half an hour. He was very good.
