On Command Boarding

Very fine. The people were courteous and efficient.

We have 2 Labradoodle dogs. When they were pups we needed day care and training. On Command is a wonderful place for our pups to play. We have boarded them there and would not take them any where else. Their training programs are excellent. I highly recommend them

We use them all of the time. They board our dog when we travel. They are very good. I think their price is fair. They give our dog medication, they walk her, they take care of her very well.

It was definitely my worst experience going to a pet groomer.  On Command apparently was not charging me enough money after approximately 3 prior visits using a gift card that I purchased at Costco getting a 20% discount and when I brought my dog in the woman at the front desk informed me that the price had went up to $35 which I told her okay and left my dog there for a cleaning.  When I came back about 2 hours later to pick my dog up I was told about 3 more times by 2 people that I was going to be charged more for the service and I think the last quote was for $40 and I didn't understand why there were being so unprofessional and almost rude as they are the one that quoted me the $30 price when I first came there.  And then to top it all off I brought my dog home after the cleaning and went over to a friends house with my dog and he remarked that she still stunk for just going to the dog groomer.  That was the last time I was there for any services at On Command!

They have really awesome staff and did a great walk-through with us. We could call them anytime day or night and we feel really comfortable with the. The owner of the place has over 20 years training experience. They're very professional, very clean facilities with large boarding areas for the dogs. They have 24-hour staff. They have grooming facilities and special hydrobaths.

Barry and Tracy, the owners, are amazing. They and all there staff treat the pets there as if they were there family, if you board or train elsewhere, all you have to do is stop by there facility and I guarantee you will be using them from now on. I can't say enough about there facility, they could have every kennel full and daycare running, and you still cant smell dogs. That is a sure sign of clenliness and proper air circulation, 2 things lacking in most boarding facilities. Keep up the good work guys.

Having owned dogs for over 50 years, On Command is the best facility that I have ever seen. Professional, courteous, and knowlegable, they epitomize professional dog services. They are the best, by far. The dogs are going to their training program. Too bad Angie's List does not have a grade higher than "A".

One of my dogs, buddy, had never been boarded before and they put him right at ease. It made our holiday much more relaxing knowing the the dogs were well looked after.

Barry, the owner, is very effective. I have a hyperactive bulldog. Barry came out to my house once a week and trained my dog. The training was very good. She is a lot better than she was before.
