It went very well. A couple of weeks before the move, they sent a guy out who made an estimate of around $700. I suspected that the estimator didn't believe me when I said I would move all the little stuff myself (which I actually did). But apparently they ultimately charge by the hour, because after the move was completed, I was only chrarged $400 or so. The movers were skilled, hardworking and professional. I would definitely hire them again. The only caveat I would have is that at the time I moved, they were pretty booked up and I couldn't get them on my preferred date. So it would be best to plan ahead in scheduling them.

They showed up on time although with only 2 men instead of the 3 we had requested.  However, the 2 who were there worked hard with no break time in order to complete the work intended for 3 men.  They were very courteous, did whatever we asked of them and were extremely careful not to damage anything.  In the end the job came in slightly under the quote and with nothing damaged.  We were very pleased and would use them again without hesitation

Very unprofessional. I called them and told them how upset I was that the bid (done by Luke an owner) came in around $190.00 and the actual cost was 1/2 again as much at $289.62 I was forced to pay the increased fee with no reasoning. I told the movers that I was very upset and to please have someone contact me. No one ever did. I had to contact them myself. There has been no resolution. I will not use or ever recommend this company again.

The only thing that bothered me was the insurance protection on valuables. It seemed very low for my electronics and other valuables in case of damage. No damage occurred and I am thankful for that! Overall, they did a fantastic job and were more than I could have asked for!

Luke came out to do the estimate.  He went through the house with me and I showed him what I was wanting to move.  He gave me one piece of paper with the quote for the move. He said they would use a bobtail, and it would make easy loading. They were suppose to come on the 14th, and deliver to my new address on the 15th.  They were suppose to call me about some details, but they never did.  I had to call them each time. The day before the move, I decided to call and make sure they were going to be at my house on time.  When I called, the person on the phone said they were packing up another house first, then they would be at my house with a semi.  A semi won't fit on the roads to my house, or my driveway.  She also let me know that they wouldn't be delivering it to my new house until the 16th.  When I let them know I was told the 15th, she told me I would have to talk to the driver.  The next day Luke called to make sure they were at my house, and I told him I did not want the move to happen unless they would deliver on the 15th. Luke called the driver and was able to work that out for me. I then got a call from the semi driver stating they couldn't get the semi to my house.  They ended up having to carry all of the furniture and such down my long driveway and down the street.    I was then asked if I had received certain papers, that I had not.  Then the driver told me there would be an additional long haul loading charge.  I disputed the charge because Luke had told me that he would send a bobtail that would fit up my drive.  I was then told they would not bring my furniture in to my new house unless I paid the additional charge.  I ended up paying it to get my furniture. The actual movers were great.  They took good care of my things, except one table that got broken.

I had always moved myself, but am older now and decided t have it done.  They were great!  They made the move so easy.The only downside was that the Bekins in Phoenix would not pick up the boxes without a 125.00 charge which I was told at the time on booking was included, so I threw the boxes away which was a waste (60 boxes).

They were right on time and they got me loaded up and moved out with no problems.  The workers were fast and professional and one of the kids even took a washer/dryer off of my hands that I was trying to get rid of.
