He was friendly and professional, asked about the type of service I needed and my location, and mentioned he happened to be in my area and offered to stop and take a look. When Ben arrived, he was courteous and professional. He assessed the job quickly and thoroughly, gave me a very reasonable quote, and even had a time to complete the work right then and there. The whole job took about an hour, just as he estimated.Im extremely please with his expertise, efficiently, and professionalism. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. When I first inquired on Yelp for an electrician, Ben responded within the hour (even though it was after business hours) and was very friendly and professional. His friendliness and professionalism continued through the quoting process and the job itself. He came prepared and there were no delays. Everything we talked about he stuck to. What really sealed the deal for me was Ben's willingness to chat with me via Yelp on that evening I posted for well over an hour about my project. Never trying to sell anything, but selling himself in the process. We had a great experience using him to install our electric vehicle charger. He was able to install our Tesla universal home charger quickly, and efficiently. Great communication throughout the process and would certainly recommend again.
