Only reason used was that they had the part in stock. That was the highlight. Arrogance permeates the operation, from the signs on the counter to the attitude of the staff. Cost was twice that of the competition. I usually go out of my way to patronize the little guy but these folks make it difficult. Other providers in the area are more accommodating and certainly more professional. Noted response to my complaint. Funny it had nothing to do with the experience since the part I purchased was in stock, no order placed. No attempt at service provided. Complaint stems from counter man's demeanor. Plenty of other service providers that combine knowledge, inventory and good customer service.

"The customer provided to us the part number. The part was not in stock and had to be ordered. The price quoted included shipping and taxes and was exclusive of any discounts that would apply at part pick up due to manufacture part substitution (original part number had been superseded). All too often it is difficult to interpret the correct part the customer needs for the equipment without the necessary equipment information. We want to make sure the customer has what he needs for the job. We are very sorry he interpreted this as arrogance. We strive to ensure the customer receives the correct part. The signs in our store are industry standard i.e. we don't loan tools, please don't use our counter as a work bench, etc. We just ask that customers be considerate of our store and others in our store."
