The Good: Was available within two days for a service call during hot weather. Showed up on time. He got our water cooler working.
The Bad: Much higher price than expected. We had a coupon advertising $90 Hose bib replacement, and $60 service call. plus materials.
In the end, we were charged $130 for materials, and an additional $100 for labor because the materials weren't in his truck. Grand total of $392, for 2 hours worth of work, and high material price.
In addition, the copper tubing at the base of the cooler cracked and leaked two days later (compression valve was likely overtightened). Too much hassle to call back, I ended up replacing the compression valve myself.
Overall: Coupons are useless. My fault. I should have gone with a more reputable place.

The valves were replaced and a leak in the line running from the house to the pasture faucet was repaired. After all repairs were completed and Neil went to another job, he came back later to test the repair to the pasture pipe before recommending turning on the water to the pasture. I was impressed with his follow through.

Since I had had a good experience with NDI Plumbing earlier in the month, I called them again and an appointment was set for the very next day. Not only did the toilet need replacing but the the pipe upon which the toilet sits needed repair that involved using a jack hammer. Neil was able to do all the work that day, and it was not as extensive as he said it could possibly be, and now there is a new toilet that is firmly anchored to the concrete floor that will be good for many more years.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the prompt response to my call and the company's office personnel, Crystal, who treated me and my problem as if I was the most important customer of the day. I vowed to use NDI Plumbing again for future work and with three aging rentals, I know that day will come.
