Job completed well and to satisfaction

I trenched the entire project. Mark Best came out , gave an estimate which i accepted. The worker showed up on time. As the work was being conducted they went from teh electrical box up to the attic and ran the line thru the attic to the back corner of the house. While they were drilling from inside the attic to the outside of the house they punctured in thru my house into my office and then thru to the outside. they had to re drill to get it right. The hole was not huge, but it was a hole and the corner of my offce ceiling. I called Mark Best, just to let him know about the incident. Mark Best became angry, raised his voice at me, even started yelling above raising his voice, and started accusing me of now wanting him to fix that, and accused me, i suppose you now want your enire office painted. I had to tell him to stop shouting, and no I didnt want anything from him, I was mearly letting him know, and I had to fix the office isse on my own, because he was so unprofessional and un balanced mentally I did not want him in my house. He was abusive in his language and his attitude. His workers appologised not only for the hole, but for their bosses demeanor. He was not the best choice. I would never want him around me or my house again.

Mark has provided electrical installation for us over the past 10 years on a number of occasions with the latest in January, 2014. His work is very high quality and efficiently completed. I find that his prices are always reasonable.

We have hired him for several different projects. He can do anything regarding electrical work. He was recommended to me by our carpenter. He is a small electrical business. His wife answers the phone and schedules his appointments. He is very reasonable in comparison to most electricians. He works by himself and it may take some time to get the work scheduled. Once you get him to your home, he does an excellent job. He even arrives early for appointments. I would highly recommend him.

Mark Best is and quot;the bomband quot;. He has done several small jobs for me in the past, working around my difficult schedule to be here at times convenient for me. I planned for several years to install ceiling fans with lights upstairs in my bedrooms, but got delayed by one thing or another. When I finally picked some out and bought them, I called Mark but for several legitimate reasons he was not able to do the work immediately. So I went back to where I purchased the fans and they contacted an electrical company who they said would contact me within 24-48 hours. It was a week before they contacted me and couldn't give me an estimate until later. They also said that because I had no ceiling lights, they might have to and quot;put holesand quot; in my walls for the installation, and they would not be responsible for repairing any damage. Then they were going to call me back with an estimate. Almost a week went by with no call with an estimate; that combined with the fear of what they were going to do to my house prompted me to call Mark back and say I would wait until he could do the work. As it turned out I did not have to wait long. He came out, installed the fans with the lights, installed the wall switches, and when he left the only way I could tell he had been there was that I now had three ceiling fans. The cost was extremely reasonable.
He also looked at a light socket where I had several lights burn out quickly and was afraid there was a problem with the socket. He checked it; told me it was fine, and told me what type of bulbs to buy to prevent the problem. He even offered to pick the bulbs up for me himself. I would not even consider using anyone else in the future.
