?A technician from this company came out to my home. I told him that the cooling side of my AC is not working. I told him that you can hear the fan turn on, and you can feel air being pushed around. But there is 0 cooling going on. He did his test thing. He bypassed the thermostat. Then he claimed that because the fan for the cooling was turning on it was good to go. Then he claimed that because he could feel air moving it was working. No. That was just the Fan working. Like I told him. Then he tried to claim that it was the thermostat and dipped out. Basically. This company took my money. Sent out a technician who couldn't be bothered to open the AC unit and check the capacitor or the coolant capacity. Then dipped out. Today, we were cooking in the kitchen and the heat from the oven had the house fairly warm. So we turned the AC on to counter it. Here it is, hours later, and the house is still pretty d*** warm. Thank the Gods, its cold outside. But this issue, that I tried to have addressed almost 2 weeks ago, is not fixed. I will be calling my Home Warranty and recommending that they remove this company from their list of possible options. Had this been in the spring or summer time. I'm certain this issue would have been noticed a lot sooner. Recommendation: Skip this company. They can't be bothered to do their job.

The manager (Frank) was extremely helpful. His workmen were professional, friendly and very competent. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable about the process. The swamp cooler was too loud at first, so they adjusted it. We're really satisfied with all their work.

Anything I asked the tech, he always had an answer. He knew everything about the heater and even recommended a few things as well. I would highly recommend them to others.

The whole thing was very bad. He came out, but did not do any work on my furnace. He only looked at the furnace telling me it was 20 years old and that I needed to have a lot of work done. We scheduled for him to come back out two days later and he never showed up.

"The customer purchased a 20 Point Furnace inspection which was an Angie's List Big Deal promotion. The Technician preformed the inspection and advised the customer as to the condition of her furnace, which was in poor repair. The Technician also advised the customer that her furnace lacked a filter in the return air plenum, which could be contributing to the deterioration of her furnace. The customer decided to have a filter installed, and they agreed on a time for a return visit for the installation. Unfortunately, on the day of the filter installation the Technician got held up on another job and called the customer to advise that he would need to reschedule, he was unable to reach the customer directly but left a message. Apparently, the message did not reach the customer as she made a call to the office, later in the day, asking why he had not shown up, she was advised of the situation, and an apology made, for us not reaching her directly, and she was offered another appointment time, she chose to not proceed with the work."
