Lincoln Heating & Air Conditioning

After considering other HVAC services we chose Lincoln. They were much less expensive than the other company that advertised a lot. They were easy to deal with. Their representative showed up in one day and explained that several options available. After we selected, installation was scheduled right away and the were ready in just a couple of days. Cody and Recardo showed up on time, dismantled the existing heater and air conditioning units is short order and installed the replacement in about six hours. We hardly new they were here and the left our place cleaner and neater than when they started. We still have one of the old systems still running and when it is ready to be replaced sometime in the next two years or so Lincoln will be the only call we makel

Lincoln Heating replaced our water heater 8 years ago, we thought they did a great job and all was great until this year when the pipes started leaking. Their repair person came out, and didn't know what to do with it as the prior installer had combined different piping metals that were now corroded and leaking. He took photos and said he'd have the owner call us back that day. He didn't. We called a few days later and the owner said he'd have a repair person out that day. No one came. We ended up hiring another company to fix the mess and paid for it to be redone the right way.

Great! They cleaned it and changed a nozzle.

From start to finish the service was great! Due to a hot spell and everyone wanting their cooling to work Christie had to schedule me 5 days out (this encompassed Memorial Weekend) but put my job on the cancellation list. Lo and behold on Thursday p.m. she called and had an opening. Justin arrived right on time and quickly assessed the problem and got my cooler motor running. He was polite and professional and the only charge was for diagnosis ($65.00). I am so pleased with Lincoln Heating and Air! I will use them again for any cooler or furnace related issues and highly recommend them.

The work was done as expected and on time.  Frank also gave me an assessment of my air conditioning system and hot water heater.

My house was built in 1911.
I contacted Lincoln Heating & Air Conditioning April 2014 for a residential property.  Dave Quirk was early to the appointment and met me with a smile. He took his time and did a very thorough evaluation of every room including the basement where the furnace was located.
I explained that the residence would be undergoing extensive renovation over the next nine to ten months including a whole house rewire of the electrical system, plumbing system and new windows. In addition, I explained that I would be managing this renovation project from Virginia, 2500 miles away.  He said it would be no problem and that his team would work around the other contractors in scheduling if needed.
He emailed a detailed estimate two days later.  We accepted the proposal the following week and scheduled work for the week after that.
Lincolns? technical team had quite a job ahead of them. The old furnace was truly a relic. It had been dropped into an old oil furnace recess where it sat for about seventy+ years. The tech team had to break it apart into three pieces to haul it out of the basement.  In all the entire heating and a/c installation was completed in three weeks. The technicians did an amazing job
with the new furnace, air conditioner and ductwork install.  I was extremely pleased with the finish product.
In December 2014 I called Lincoln to complete the remainder of the items since the other contractors had finished their phase. Their tech team again delivered quality work.
The only negative aspect was the oversight in securing the city permits in the appropriate time frame. However, despite the setback, Karen Fife worked diligently to remedy the problem in very timely manner.
Karen, Dave and the Lincoln technicians were great to work with and very accommodating to the renovation schedule. I would hire Lincoln Heating & Air Conditioning again and highly recommend them for any heating or A/C needs.  They do solid work with prompt service at a fair price.

Installation of new downdraft evaporative cooling system on house roof with construction of new duct system between cooler and discharge termination In upstairs hallway. This resulted in a very effective, economical means of cooling.

Dave Lincoln came out to the older house we just bought to give a quote for a new gas furnace. The furnace we had was original to the house and was working, but probably would not last much longer. He inspected the current system and ducting, and explained that the system was quite outdated, but the ducting, which was the original metal ducting, was in great shape. He explained the
various levels of efficiency and manufacturers available and prices we could expect, and never tried to talk us into the highest priced model. He promised to get back to us with an exact quote, which he did, and we scheduled an installation date. Our house is small, about 1400 square feet, and we chose a Rheem 75,000 BTU/hour furnace with an efficiency rating of 80%. As luck would have it, he had a cancellation within a few days, and offered to do ours right away. The technician who did the installation was very knowledgeable and pleasant, did a great job, and is someone Dave can be proud to have representing his company. We’ll have them come out to inspect and service our air conditioning system in the spring, and will use them for all our heating and a/c needs in the future. Great company with a great attitude. On time and as promised.

The serviceman/inspector was very professional.

Our air conditioner stopped cooling during a heat wave. We called Lincoln and Karen said she would have someone to our home within two hours. Robert arrived within two hours and resolved the issue quickly and extended a senior discount to us. He was very knowlegable and answered all of our questions.
We would most definitely use Lincoln again.

I was very impressed with the response time, with his patience (answering questions and explaining), his knowledge and his general, overall willingness to solve the problem in a timely and efficient manner.

I think they are excellent. They are honest. They are right on top of things, and they will work with you. They are very punctual and efficient. They do the work quickly. He will actually work with your finances rather than giving you a blanket bid. He installed items whenever I had the money to do that work. We have been working on this for over two years now, and I still have an air conditioner and furnace to replace.

I had a very positive experience.

They did a good job. They were easy to schedule and prompt. They only challenge we had was it turns out everything was working when Clinton left and when our contractor was back he reported that out heater was not working. It was cycling on and off, but turned the gas back on and it was not the gas. They waited in until my husband got back and they came back that evening. Clinton shorted out the wires, but they fixed it for free for us.

It went well and the gentleman went over the bill and answers all my questions and gave me advice on how to take care of my air conditioning units.

I think I had a discount coupon. The experience was good. There is not much to it; they just open up the unit and clean and test it. They also installed a battery in the thermostat.

They saved me from getting carbon monoxide poisoning. I had another company coming out to clean my heater every year, and they had not tested for carbon monoxide. When I hired Lincoln, I knew I was getting sick but I thought it was for different reasons. The first thing they did was the carbon monoxide test and he said he would not repair the furnace since it would have been unhealthy for me to keep. He encouraged me to get a new one and I ended up purchasing a new one from them. They are honest and the only company I would do business with for this type of work.

He was very professional and good, I don't have any complaints. I would recommend him to others. He cleaned up everything after himself and didn't make any messes. He was very fine and I would call him again. He was very professional and gave me some suggestions like cleaning the filters.

They came out and did a good job of explaining what the problem was and what they were going to do. It was a fair price.
