The work was minor in scope & went very well.
Jared knows what to do & does it very timely & professionally.
He cleaned & re-grouted some cracked areas at the base of our MBR Shower, a couple of areas around the Tub in our Guest Room Bath & a couple of areas in our hallway which is Travetine Tile.

The team from Grout Pro were amazing, our kitchen counters look brand new! Our kitchen grout was in terrible shape, and apparently never mixed or installed correctly, so over the years, it had chipped, crumbled and mildewed to the point of no return. It took 2 appointments by Grout Pro to completely regrout the worn areas on the counter and stain any remaining areas, like the backsplashes, to match. Now the counters look as good as the day we moved in. Their service also included a final sealing of the counters, which they guarantee for 6 months. They also cleaned and re-sealed our kitchen/pantry and bathroom tile floors, which had also grown dingy over the years, and they too look brand spanking new. We were going to rip out the tile and get solid surface counters, but now they look so great, for a fraction of the cost, we will wait and see how these wear. first and save our money for other projects. We are very happy with the results!

Two young men arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were very personable and professional. The job took about three hours and they never took a break during the entire time. We are extremely pleased with the results. The tiles look like new and the grout has lightened up and also looks new. We would definitely recommend them to others.

The two men were GREAT! Professional, the whole process took about three hours. They put two coats on the tile grout. The granite in the kitchen is awesome !! I will use them again.
