Window Service
The owners, Rick and Lori, were very professional and pleasant to work with. They arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and provided me with the education I needed to properly care for the newly installed windows and those that are original to the house.
On the day of installation there was a problem with 2 screens (they were too small). Rick pointed the problem out to me and said they would resolve the issue as quickly as possible which they did.
