The my were out at the house last august because I told them that we were not feeling the air come out of many of the vents. They came out and said that it was just fine. Charged me $89 for visit. 4 months later the fan failed completely. They charged me $410 for a blower motor and $84 for a diagnostic fee. I was upset by the charges and called manager to no avail.
