Warning! Stay away from these crooks! They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. We payed to install a new door at a commercial property &at first it seemed ok but the problems started soon. They must have used the cheapest materials possible because soon as the wind caught the door it ripped the hydrolic return spring out of the frame. Not only that we called them for months & explained what happened and they never came to fix it & once the warranty was over after months of calling them &practically begging them to come fix the issue they showed up and charged us $300 for a new part that no longer was covered under warranty since THEY didn't show up for months. Now we have had this new piece installed & they same exact thing happened to it as the last one. $300 down the drain. Their mechanic who replaced that part even said that "this is how we make our money". They are thieves, keep your hard earned money & do yourself a favor and use someone's else.

Very responsive on the phone. Arrived on schedule and provided an estimated on site. I got two estimates from different companies and Fast Glass was the most completive. The windows were delived and installed on schedule. Finished job was as quoted and clean up was good.

An employee came out and measured the window glass. That afternoon, an office employee called with a quote and I scheduled the replacement. Each visit, I received a notification call to confirm time. On the day of the replacement, he called to say he could arrive early if that was OK. Before leaving, he cleaned up thoroughly.

Overall a great experiemce. It took about a week longer than expected, but the savings were well wothr the wait. The people at the office are pleasant, the man who measures and installs is very nice. The work was professionally done and we are very happy. Their price was bets hands down on the two other vendors I had bid the job. Saved significantly using Fast Glass

Great service. A large mirror for my entry way was measured and installed perfectly. Very happy with the communications and professionalism of the staff. I would recommend Fast Glass to anyone.

They were late (by more than 30 minutes) for the estimate appointment and the actual installation. The work was performed well and to estimate. The work area was kept clean and the workers were professional. Normally I would not use a company that cannot get its workers to the job on time but since the work was done properly and professionally I will still use them again.

The order was completed in a timely manner. While the original cut was off by a 1/2" due to the order having been put in incorrectly (56and 5/16" versus 56and 15/16"), Fastglass immediately agreed to redo it at no additional cost. They are honest and provide solid customer service. I highly recommend them.

They quoted me an appointment time, com;letion time and price over thephone and hit all three Hard to get better than that in the auto repair business. Nice clean workmanship.

The staff were professional and efficient, and the work was completed in a very timely manner. The person who came out to give the estimate suggested a window with built-in UV light reflection for the high clear-story windows. They are beautiful and the view from inside is clearer and brighter than it has ever been.
