I feel that Bruce really listened to what we wanted, and he was constantly working to meet our goals. We provided a vision, but he and his crew provided the technical expertise to execute it beautifully, and we are completely happy with the result. We've received so many compliments from our neighbors, and everyone is really wowed by the work. I highly recommend Bruce Potter and his crew at Environmental Concepts.

Starting in January we met with multiple representatives from different landscaping companies.  Part of our issue was our unfamiliarity with landscaping 'best practices' in the Reno area.  We received a wide variety of estimates and an equally wide number of  interpretations of what would work for us.  Met with Bruce in May to discuss what we were looking to do.  Bruce provided input and ideas for the project.  Bruce provided a reasonable estimate and we agreed to schedule the work.  The work included installation of a paver patio and walkway, installation of underground drainage, addition of a drip irrigation circuit for the backyard, installation of four large planters, and placement of rock to stabile the grade on either side our our yard.  As work progressed he was in constant communication with us and was amenable to some minor changes we proposed.  The work was completed professionally and in a timely manner.  Given the amount of money involved and the scope of work, we were somewhat apprehensive, but were very pleased with the final result. A nearby neighbor had a similar, positive experience.  As in most things, communication is key and Bruce definitely held up his side of the bargain.  Would definitely recommend his company.

Everything went very well and as predicted. My backyard looks 100% better.

They are very reasonable, some estimates are high and the people are rude. He is excellent.
