they arrived at the agreed upon time, they identified themselves and went to work assessing the problem and reviewing what i had done to correct it. they made recommendations and provided me with the tools to rectify the problem. they presented the bill. i paid. they left.

He came out and sprayed the wasps and we haven’t had a problem since. He was a nice guy, he was timely, and he gave us some good advice. He didn’t charge us while he was there but rather he told us we could mail the check later.
