This was a horrible experience. The tech came out and claimed to have repaired my gas fireplace. He started it up and it seemed to be okay.  The tech went out to his truck to write up the bill. Rather than write it up and come right back, he proceeded to sit in the back of his truck and smoke a cigarette and text on his cell phone. I paid him $85.00  We do not use our fireplace much.  About a week or so later I tried to start it and it would not work.  Same problem.  I called their office and left a message.  I did not get a reply.  I left at least three other messages and never got a reply.  I tried again to reach them and finally reached a live person.  He said that they had a lot of messages and he was trying to catch up.  He told me that he would check into the matter and get back to me.  He never did.  I kept calling trying to get a liver person.  I finally talked to a lady named Roxanne.  She gave me the tech's cell phone number and asked me to call him.  I called him and left a message.  Naturally, I did not get a return phone call.  I finally got the number of Dan, the owner.  I told him of the issues that I was having.  He apologized and said that he would personally take care of it.  He was supposed to come by on a Saturday afternoon. I told him that I had to leave at 3:00 to go to my daughter's basketball game.  He said that it would not be a problem.  He called me at 2:45 and said that he was on his way.  I told him that I was leaving in 15  minutes.  He then asked for the fireplace brand, model number and serial number.  He said he would order the part and if I did not hear from him by Thursday to call him.  REALLY!  I thought that this was odd since he had not even looked at the fireplace so I did not understand how he would know what part was needed.  He called me the following Friday and asked me if I had ordered the part.  UNBELIEVABLE!  I told him that I did not order the part, would not know what part to order or where to order it from.  I reminded him that he was supposed to order it.  He apologized and said that he would try to make it out in a few days to check it out.  I told him to forget it.  $85.00 down the tubes.  Dan seems deranged in some way.  He called back and asked how my daughter's soccer game went~it was basketball.  I personally think that he has a drinking problem but I cannot say for sure.  STAY AWAY!

He cleaned out our stove , repaired it , and educated us on how to do it ourselves so that we don't have to call him out every year to do it.They were extremely clean, no debris left behind.
