One of the more frustrating experience ever. I called on Thursday. The lady who answered the phones was very nice and friendly. She explained that the owner is the one who does estimates and he would call me when he returns from a job. Well, the next day I did not hear anything so I called again. She was apologetic and said that she definitely did give the owner a message, but he was very bussy and she would make sure he calls me that afternoon. Well, next Tuesday (yes I waited two work days), still no call so I call them again. Same lady answers, again extremely polite and apologetic. I asked that she simply tell me if they did not need the businesss, and I would call someone else. She said that they absolutely would like the business and that she will make sure I am contacted that day. Yes, being the forgiving person, and seeing the good reviews on this site, I called again on Friday after not hearing from them. Same drill. That was about 4 weeks ago. I figure four chances was enough on my end. Very disapointing and extremely unprofessional. I have no problem someone telling me they are booked up and refer me to someone else, but to keep promising and not delivering is simply not ethical. I have used a handfull of referals from this site and they generally provide great service. This was simply not right!
