I recently had roof repair work done on my roof by D&D Roofing. I have used the same company for roof repairs in the past and all went well. In June,2019 I had an estimate for repair to my roof. The estimate was about $1800. When the work was scheduled two workers were on the roof for about one-half hour. I called D&D Roofing to state the cost was exorbitant for about ½ hour of work. There was not much cost in materials for the repair. D&D did reduce the cost by refunding $475 so I ended up paying #1,393. I will not be doing business with D&D Roofing in the future. I will be using reviews in the future to hopefully better scrutinize roofing companies.

It went very well. They arrived on time on the day scheduled, fixed the leak and gave helpful suggestions on how to avoid the leak in the future.

They were extremely wonderful people to do business with. I am very pleased with the service that I received.

All I can say is that they were here for a full day, working hard and repairig the roof. I was working at my home office. They were freindly, professional and very reasonable. Really enjoyed the company and the people that worked for them.

We were very pleased with the experience and will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

They were an awesome company. What stood out is their honesty, timely, and efficiency. They did their cleanup. They just did a good job. Price was extremely comparable. I had a bid from another company, and they were within $50 of each other.

The entire process from estimate to completion was pleasant and professional. The roofers were clean, professional and easy to deal with -- since one of the roofers who did the work also did the original estimating we'd already established a rapport and the communication was clear and easy.

We got off to a slow start. It took almost a week for them to get back to me with my request for an estimate. Once they did things moved very quickly. Their representative was knowledgable, had his samples available for us to review, listened to what work we wanted done above and beyond re-roofing, and was back the next day with a estimate. When we compared the 2 estimates we had they were only $230 apart so our final decision, since all things were more or less equal, was based on the color of the roofing material. We signed the contract and the work was scheduled to start on 4/21/11 but storms were moving in and they asked to start earlier. That was fine with us. So the tear-off started and completed on Tuesday and the new roof was installed on Wednesday. The crew that came did a real good job of cleaning up after themselves, arrived promptly in the mornings and finished late in the afternoon. Yes, I would hire them again though I shouldn't have to since this roof should outlast my wife and I.

They were excellent. They came close to the time they said they would. Their trucks came before I left in the morning and they were gone when I came home. They did a great job og picking up all of the loose material. They kept the yard very clean when they left every night. They did the whole project in about 3 days. They did all this for cheaper then I expected. My electric bill has also gone down since they put the roof on. The workers I talked to were very friendly and proffesional.
