We had our ducts inspected for a free estimate of cleaning them! The team member was on time and very nice and gave us an obligation free estimate that was a bit over budget for us right now but he gave us tips on how to clean it ourselves and told us to call if we end up wanting to move forward with them! Never pushed a sale on us and was very thorough! We will be working with COIT in the future

The workmen were sloppy, leaving trash all around - empty drink bottles, nails on floor, pens, empty masking tape spools, wads of unused tape. They even threw some tape wads in my flower garden near the front door. They left jagged metal in the wall, cutting a guest in my house. The worst thing was that they taped all my cupboards and kitchen drawers shut, not bothering to ask me (yes, I was home the whole time) if I wanted anything out first. They sealed my phone (a land line) and my security system, and blocked them with the refrigerator, so I had no access for a week.

They were excellent. I have twelve year old carpets and I have used several services. This is one of the cleanest jobs I've had done. Their scheduling was perfect; they were right on time. It was about $200 less than it cost the time before.
