Averill would show up at odd times being dismissive of problems as well as being patronizing and "talking down" to our staff making them feel ignorant. Completion of the project took longer that promised and In the end we ended up with a system that was overly complex with multiple unnecessary servers. Support was unorganized and stretched to thin to take care of clients. I got the feeling that the employees that seemed professional on first meeting were a bit disillusioned and unhappy with their employment.
We ended up hiring another local company that has enough staff to handle problems we had quickly. They are professional and organized. Averill Consulting was neither, and we regret the time, effort, and money we spent.
