John's team showed up on time, took two days, John was by a number of times to check on things. Most important is that John took the time in the beginning to listen to us as to what our issues were (with what another company had installed) and what our goals were, asking lots of question - that was really appreciated. From that, and his review of our system, showed that we had the initial AC/heating system from 1999 and that the ducts were not adequate to the system, and the layout was not as efficient as it could be. We decided on zoning the 3 bedrooms from the rest of the house. All I can is John's analysis and suggestions were right on. We did this back last September and it has worked great throughout the winter, each bedroom and the rest of the house having their own temps., we already see that it will work equally well this summer. The cost was very good too.

25-year-old gas furnace temporarily stopped producing heat early on a Monday morning. I called Allegiance, whom I had not done business with before, and spoke with John, the proprietor, who came out at noon. He gave me an estimate on a new furnace. He also noticed that my other, 6-year-old furnace, had been installed without a plenum -- a box above the blower and below the duct that goes into the garage ceiling -- which probably explained the rattling/whining noise that furnace had been making. His estimate included installation of the new furnace, the plenum on the old one, and silicone sealing of a roof vent for the old one that had been leaking rainwater into the garage. From my limited knowledge of the retail furnace market it seemed like a reasonable price, even before applying his Angie's List discount coupon. Junior, Allegiance's primary installer, and Nick arrived promptly the next morning. They installed the new furnace, the plenum on the old one, new insulation on the duct above the old one, and the silicone sealing on the roof vent. But there was a problem with the new one. After spending a lot of time on diagnosis, including checking the ductwork in the attic above and crawl space below, the conclusion was a faulty limit switch in the furnace. John, on the phone, offered to come out the next morning with a new part, but I was unable to be home the next day so we arranged for him to install it on the day after. He arrived promptly on that day, installed the new part, and then waited until he was absolutely sure the system was working properly. He also showed me what to do in the unlikely event that the new part had to be disconnected. In sum: I'd go with these guys again in a heartbeat.

Allegiance is a highly professional and dedicated HVAC company. John, the owner, is a perfectionist and expects the same from his workers. This company provided us with excellent work and customer service. John kept in contact with us every step of the way and made sure we were completely satisfied. He even supplied us with portable heaters while our system was out of service. We will continue to keep Allegiance HVAC for maintenance and upkeep of our HVAC system. Extremely satisfied!

Very well. I was a challenging job and they worked long hours to make it happen and never charged a penny extra beyond their quote.
Nice people who care and and are real experts at what they do.

John made insightful recommendations for optimizing the current heating system and adding an efficient A/C system. The ductwork replacement was my own initiative, and naturally added (reasonable) cost to the project. The work was done on schedule and efficiently. Though John was not constantly present, he was obviously involved and vigilant, directing his very hard-working staff, and acquiring equipment and materials for a smooth flow. Though the cooling season is over, I look forward to assessing the effectiveness of system modifications.

It went just as promised with no surprises. I was very satisfied with John. Will use him again if need ever arises.

John gave me an estimate very quickly and was able to start my job that same week. He worked very efficiently and made sure all my questions were answered. I am very pleased with the quality of the installation and the performance of my new system. John is the owner/operator of the company so it was nice to have him performing all the work.
