I was unhappy with my previous Veterinary Hospital (Pyramid Veterinary Hospital) and was looking for a new place to take my cats for their care. I was very happy with Advanced Pet Care. They showed genuine care for my cat by calling the next day to see how she was feeling. They also sent me a thank you note to thank me for my business. I would highly recommend them!

The experience was amazing for us and Kaya, We booked one of their deluxe suites that was like a playarea and kennel all in one. it reassured my wife when they told us that we could log in online and watch her in her kennel at anytime to check on her through a webcam. We had her groomed and shots updated while she was there and it was awesome. My wife was relaxed the entire time since she was able to check in on her and when we picked her up everything was done and she looked great after getting groomed.
the staff was very professional and extremely pleasing to work with. They took care of everything for us while we were gone making the entire experience awesome!!!

At such a difficult time in our lives, Dr. Kalvodia and the entire staff at Advanced Pet Care not only gave our baby the best of medical care available but were so compassionate to our entire family and him as he spent his final days here on earth.

I was impressed with the facility and its staff. Gabi really helped me with scheduling appointments and billing - it made a world of difference when I was worried about my pet. I have also had a pet microchipped at Advanced PetCare, and the system they use is available to me online for any necessary changes so that my information can always be up-to-date.

This month, when I realized that Jewel's kidneys were failing, I thought about Dr. Sarah and hoped she would come to my apt to put
her to sleep. Now, maybe Northwest Vet Clinic may have done the same thing, but it just seemed more fitting to call Dr. Sarah.
I no longer have a car and taking the bus to do the deed was not an option; I didn't feel it was right putting my friends with cars thru
this and if I rented a car, would be in no condition to drive afterwards.
Having her put to sleep at home, with all her loved ones here and in familiar surroundings, as I promised her the entire 11 years she
was with me, has been the BEST thing I could have done. Her office explained my options clearly and the prices; I chose to have
her cremated after and her ashes scattered at a pet site. The price was a Great Deal lower than I could have hoped for.
Dr. Sarah and her aide, actually came early and it was over very quickly. They made everything as warm and natural as this can be
made and took Jewel with them afterwards.
A short time later, she sent me the nicest bereavement card.
I can't recommend this clinic and Dr. Sarah highly enough. I am switching all my vet needs to her because of this and the fact that
her clinic to not a very long bus ride.
