Very professional, with knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous, service. The goal of completing the job correctly and efficiently was always evident in the work and at the end of the work. This is a company with a great focus on helping the customer solve problems correctly, quickly, and efficiently. The work was completed in very cold and wet conditions with the main emphasis on completing the work properly.

It wasn't problem free, but Jay confronted the problems and got it all worked out. He is a very professional person and does what it takes to get to a good result. And they did a good job putting back the landscaping too.

It went very well, on time and on budget! There was some unexpected old concrete in a critical place, but A-1 figured out how to deal with the problem. I am happy to recommend them!

Everything went well. Arrival was on time and they got right to work on the hose spicket. I also needed them to look at the garbage disposal since the night before it stopped working (great timing, I know) and they had no problems looking at it and getting it fixed quickly.

He is very good. He has done a lot of plumbing work in my home. I found a plumber who is very competent in not only doing plumbing but he used to a construction manager kind of guy. He was able to help me figure out things I needed and who would be best to get in to repair other things in the house. He was actually working with a construction firm and he knew pretty well what needed to be done and what not. He knew what was urgent and what wasn't. He not only did plumbing but he also did the tiling in the bathroom as well. He is one of those guys who has decided to go into business on his own after a supervisor in construction. He is very good. I have an old house. Once my mother died three years ago everything started blowing up. I had to replace the sewer and the sewer line. It turned out that I had 60 year old pipes with joiners which were made of tar paper and things like that. He had to do a heck lot of work. He brought a 60 year old house to a stage where I don't worry about the plumbing at all. He is not cheap. He is sometimes very punctual and sometimes not and it depends. He is a one man show and he brings in other workers if needed. He would be out doing a job and he sometimes doesn't realize how much it would take to do a particular job. I think that is very typical for plumbing because you don't know till you get there. That's the only thing that impacts punctuality. He gets caught up in something else. As a plumber he is excellent. It is very hard to find an excellent plumber and this guy is an excellent plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I do to anybody who asks. He is someone who is so competent. If you ask him to do something he would get it done. If he can't then he would figure out how to do it.

Overall happy with the work. I'm not sure how his price compares, but in the past it's been difficult to even get other plumbers to call back! Always go with a licensed plumber.
