"Problem after Problem. It's all in what you are to them. If you are selling your house and they are going to make some good money off of you they do an okay job I hear, but read the other reviews for those who are tenants of their property management. It's obvious where their priorities are. So I have read about so many online who have rented and had the same problems we did. Maintenance requests never get taken care of and even deleted from their own system. After problems over and over when we decided to move we knew it was going to be a fight because this company is all about keeping your money. We made sure we took good photos and had witnesses walk through the house. We kept good records and did everything by the book upon move out. GUESS WHAT??? They tried to keep nearly $1000 of our deposit so we will let a court decide. It appears no one else has gone to the trouble to challenge their shady business practices in court. It's time someone did, we will report back as soon as we have a judgement, but our attorney says it's a slam dunk with all the hard evidence we have and witnesses."

"what a nightmare. i would never rent from these people ever in life. constant issues with unit and owner /landlord . jodie meinking makes everything much worse on top of the major issues i have been having with select property management since i moved in 2018..Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. jodie meinking likes to talk down to residents , she use her role in office as position of power when its unnecessary and unwanted. jodie meinking provided false information, about my maintenance issues and overall residency issues. i dont think she deserves to work in a office she is better off at the zoo, thats how she talks to residents like we are animal's and the owner has us living like animal's. mind you my heat has been off over two weeks , theres a chicken coop on my roof, constant rodents . ive had a whole in my kitchen wall behind my oven since ive movee in .and everytime i call to complain they make it seem like im wrong."
