I purchased a used, good condition sofa sectional, and had been searching for a reasonably priced carpet cleaning service to shampoo it. Xtreme Steam Cleaning Systems provided excellent customer service from personable and professional staff. Staff was flexible, coming out in the evening, in the ice and snow, to clean our couch. Staff paid special attention to detail, spending extra time on problem areas in fabric that needed a little extra care. I will be calling them when the time comes to clean it again!

It was really great!!! Josh is excellent and provided awesome customer service with a great attitude. I felt he actually cared about the quality of my carpet and didn't want to leave until not only I was satisfied, but until he was satisfied! He also threw in an extra room and my hall ways which was a fantastic deal. My carpets have to at least be 7+ years old and look great and smell great which is the issue I had. I would recommend Josh Vaughn to anyone. Such a wonderful guy and thoughtful and generous family!! A++++
