White Knight Manufactured Homes and Real Estate

I contacted White Knight, owned by Todd Anderson, and contracted broker Matt Montgomery to represent my best interests for the purchase of a resale manufactured home, of which this company specializes.  Mr. Montgomery misrepresnted the property on a number of issues, including the kind of roof, windows (leaked), describing subject  home in advertising brochure as most everything being in "great" condition.  Montgomery even suggested a home inspection was "probably not necessary." ( I paid $280 for a home inpecton despite his words.)   Instead, nearly $2,000 in prepurchas repairs were needed.  Moreover, as the new owner, I discovered that the single pane windows leaked which cost me $4,000 to replace.  I filed a complaint against White Knight with the Reno/Tahoe BBB
(of which White Knight is NOT a member,).  After numerous attempts of resolve issues with owner Todd Anderson, the Better Business Bureau closed the case due to the fact that White Knight declilned any and all liability for the windows and misrepresentations made on the above referenced home.  
     This firm deals extensively in site built and manufactured home sales.  In fairness, they are NOT home inspectors.
However, many representations were made that were simply untrue.  A complaint with the Nevada mfg housing division
is pending.  I would  never use this company (again) for any transaction and would prefer selling by owner
to avoid this disreputable firm which only seems to be interested in profit margins.  They didn't even know that carbon monoide
detector be a part of the disclousre process.  Furthermore, they refused to provide any written itemization of buyers closing
costs which were an astronomical $650.00, even after repeated requests.  Do business with someone else.
