Western Exterminator

Used Western in August and setup a following appointment for rodents. Serivce was a no-show on the following appointment claiming no one answered the door. Someone was home all day and there was no call to contact someone in case they could not hear the door bell. I followed up with a reschedule and again there was a no-show. Technician claimed she called. Rescheduled again for 9/10 and technician arrived. I returned home after work, walked into my closet and fell into the open crawlspace because the technician did not replace ithe floor cover before she left. I later found out technicain was rude when questioned about finishing up in the closet. She claimed she had, the open crawlspace says otherwise. I called Western after patching up my scrapes and am still waiting for a response. Unprofessional, unreliable and unworthy of my future business. Use them at your own risk. I am thankful my 7 year old daughter did not enter the closet. The resulte could have been far worse.

We had a spider problem, they came out on time, took pictures of several species, and advised of any problems, would definitely use again.

I thought I had moles digging in my yard.  Called several exterminators for quotes.  Western was the first to respond.  Andy came out and looked area that was affected, He told me that they were mice, not moles.  He showed me that you could even see a mouse watching us.  He gave me six traps with peanut butter on them free of charge.  Within two days I had trapped five mice.  I have filled in the areas where they had been digging and not had a problem since.  There was no charge for the call or the traps.  He was also very familiar with the types of pest problems seen in our neighborhood. He asked many questions about signs of other pests that I might have encountered (fortunately there were none).  Would definitely call if any of the problems arise.
