When I called for service, they had the information on my tank from the two previous times I had used their service. Rich showed up promptly. I had already cleaned out the access lids so no digging was required. He did a fast, complete job. He answered several questions I had about what I should and should not put down my pipes. He also talked to me about adding risers and riser lids to the access points and that will be done in a few days. The price was comparable to others. I have been very satisfied with their work in the past and today followed that pattern. I received a follow up call to confirm my order for the lids and an appointment was made for the installation. I will definitely call them again!
