They are just over all very cheap. They are very inexpensive for what you get. You get a lot for very little. I will continue to use them.

I will continue to use Virgin Mobile in the future. The internet is a lot slower than cable, but its good for checking email and social networking and its mobile.

I ordered my phone online and was clueless when I got my smart phone. Their customer support when I tried calling them over the phone was not very helpful. They sent me a new phone and I ended up going to the sprint store to activate that one. I have had to set on hold a while when I have called. I pay month to month without a contract for service so I do not have any penalty charges if I decided to change providers.

We use Virgin Mobile as a pay-as-you-go service and they bill me each month. I like that there is no contract and I have had no problems with them at all. I will continue my service through Virgin Mobile.

The service provided is very affordable. The quality is high relative to the cost. They are very helpful to resolve any problems. They are professional, and we will stay with them in the future.

They haven't quite got the coverage I would like and I'm hoping they get broader coverage. We live on the Kentucky River and have 150' cliffs on our east and west sides so their signal doesn't get in here. I can have people call me on my land line when I'm home though.

The phone wouldn't activate. Support kept telling me it was activated. They couldn't understand that it said "device not active". I spent a day trying to fight thru the language barrier. The phones on their side were breaking up and one rep complained about problems with the phone he was using. They wouldn't take the phone back until I disputed my credit card charge. I have to pay to ship the defective phone back to them amd then maybe I'll get a refund. If they sent me a free phone I wouldn't use it because their suppport is so bad I won't rely on them

I usually have extra money on there because I do not use it very often. I pay every three months. It has all the features other cell phones have except the camera. I get junk texts and get charged for it.
