I had a power supply of the unit go bad about 6 months after the purchase and they replaced the supply at no cost.

My desktop had a virus, totally my fault for not getting virus protection in time. I also wanted to add some memory. I took my computer in to Used Computer warehouse at ten in the morning and at about 11 they had called to fill me in on the problem and the cost estimates. At 1 I got another call saying that my computer was ready to be picked up. It cost very little for the additional memory and the total labor costs were very affordable. I also purchased a sweet 17" flat screen monitor. I was skeptical that I might still have problems when I got the computer home, but when I got it all set up in about 15 minutes it was operating like a champ. It hasn't performed this well in many years.
