Jaimie is the ultimate salesperson. He is friendly, offers a lot of positive energy and appears to be a great person to have on your property. The job was estimated to take 6 days start to finish. After signing the contract, the problems began. The start of the job was delayed by 2 days. Three days into the started project (5 days after the agreed upon start date) we noticed his ONE worker was very behind schedule. When we confronted Jaimie, he gave us a "lack of staff" excuse and asked us for a partial payment. This game of no workers, being behind schedule and asking for money went on for THREE weeks with work getting done only when we met with him. After three weeks of an unfinished job, trash in our yard from whatever worker/s was/were at the house that day on his crew, rubble from the job having been thrown into the canyon behind our home (not noticed until later by us), having to advise him on how to build a step with pavers, reminding him to put in a border to hold the pavers in (this is a basic step), a broken cement border he never repaired and constantly being asked for money when we would discuss the lack of progress--I locked our back gate and told him not to come back. The pavers are uneven, the step has loose pavers that were never put in correctly, our sprinklers that were moved by him during the job had to be repaired by our lawn service, the pavers started separating within a year and have weeds growing up through the gaps since he never filled or sealed the pavers. Three years later now that I do not have toddlers at home, I am calling a company to come over and redo the job correctly. Turf Pro is the reason I joined Angies List. I never want an experience like this again- nor do I want anyone else to have to go through this.

It was fine at first, then a week into the job we noticed the patio appeared wavy and uneven. The step was horribly built and not up to code. When we brought this to the owner's attention he brushed us off repeatedly. It wasn't until we contacted our attorney and the state board of contractors that he agreed to correct the problem. Two months later the job is finished. There are several little unsightly areas but because the owner is so unpleasant we just accepted the job as is. After we paid him we noticed the back yard sprinklers aren't working. Here we go again....
