Truckee Tahoe Tidy Maid

Truckee Tahoe Tidy Maids did a wonderful job cleaning our vacation home. They went above and beyond what we discussed which made me very happy. The last time they cleaned I noticed that the inside of the refrigerator had been cleaned. Maria is very professional and prompt getting back to me. We have had a vacation home in Tahoe Donner for 22 years and I have always done the cleaning myself. What a pleasure it is to have Maria come once a month to make my house sparkle.

We contacted Maria to clean our vacation home which we rent out. After meeting them, we had a good feeling regarding their sincerity and honesty. They quoted a fair price which is equal to others for the type of service provided. Throughout the winter season, they have communicated with us, done the cleanings and the big plus, not a complaint from any of the renters to date. It is reassuring to have them email me that they have confirmed a cleaning, especially when it have been several weeks between services. We will continue to use TruckeeTahoeTidyMaid as our cleaning service.

It went so well that we now use them weekly to stay on top of our cleaning duties as we have a long haired German Shepard and cat who shed a ton! Very reasonable and always go the extra distance.

We have a 3200 sq. ft. new home (full remodel) and had heard great things about Maria at Tahoe Truckee Tidy Maids. She met our high expectations and we plan to begin using her on a regular basis. She arrived on time for our scheduled time and presented me with a list of what she had planned to do during the clean. The most impressive part was when she asked which cleaning products i preferred she use on each surface. We actually do prefer a stone cleaner for our granite but had never been asked by other housekeepers. We also established what hardwood floor cleaner we required. I was so impressed!!! She was efficient and left the house sparkling (which it needed badly). We have a brand new custom home and are picky about who we would have clean it. So glad we listened to our other friend and called Maria.
