I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge about what was necessary for the repair. The quote was very reasonable, and I was very happy with the results.

It was getting to the point I thought it might break. I did not know what was causing this as the house has a history of termites. Todd was able to pull the carpet back cut a hole in the floor install a sister joist, cut in a new piece of plywood. Also Todd put the carpet back and it looks exactly the same before he did his work. Todd was also able to determine that the cause was construction error. The board was not nailed down properly.
