It went great!  Not only did Pete take care of the issue in a quick and professional manner, he also then took the time to explain what had happened and why, as well as what he did.  In addition, he made sure everything was working the way it should after the water was turned back on and he labeled the valves, drains & pipes to prevent problems in the future.  We then started talking about some other work we need completed, and will be scheduling appointments for these jobs.

Took forever to get some backyard cleanup. Received estimate but work never fully completed. Cost would have exceeded estimate. Weekly service was to include grass cutting of 20x20 area and hard pan cleanup. Workers just blew stuff around the yard and did not pick up pine cones. Had them check sprinkler for leaks, but found leaks after their service. They were able to find replacement parts for landscape lighting. Recently replaced them as our service provider. While the price was reasonable, the value of the work for the cost was not.

After performing some rework on items already paid for i determined that i was significantly overcharged for the work. I have hired new landscapers and the quality of their work is much higher than anything i received from the czar.
