Arrived on time, fixed the problem, hurray!

It went as expected.

David was terrific. The funny part was he installed the garage door opener to our house 16 years ago! We didn't live in the house then, but his records indicated when he had installed it. The only maintenance, as far as we know, since the original installation was a spring replacement we had done by another company. They were ok, but I didn't feel great about the experience; they tried to upsell. It was nice to have The Door Man. We will call him again in 16 years!

There was no problem. The price wasn’t too bad, wasn’t too painful. I think he does a great job. I think the pricing is fair. He called me and he was here in no time flat.

We called this company because we use him before. We had people arrive to help us move stuff into our house. When we went to open the garage door it would not open as the spring had snapped. He was at our house within minutes of us calling on a Saturday As long as he is in business we'll only use him.

Kept set appointment. Fixed door promptly. He has performed other services in past in professional and prompt manner.

Dave is dependable, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would not use anyone else. His shill expertise and professionalism is exemplary !!!

The Door Man was called when we had trouble with the garage door not opening and closing. Spoke with Dave Rogers over the phone and he had me try a few different things to troubleshoot the problem. We were unable to resolve the issue over the phone. Dave Rogers came to the house approximately an 1 1/2hr later to check out the problem. When we went in to the garage there was smoke and electrical burning smell coming from the garage door opener. Dave immediately disconnected the garage door opener from the power source and removed the door opener from the garage. Due to Dave's timely response to my call for help, he was able to avert the garage from catching on fire. It was determined the outlet the door opener was plugged into malfunctioned. Prior to Dave coming over to check out the garage opener he looked up our account and brought along a new garage door opener in the event we needed one. Due to his foresight, Dave was able to install a new garage opener that same day. Our garage opener was still under warranty, so Dave only charged us for the service call. We are very grateful.

The service was good and they done a good job. They fixed it well and they were quick. The scheduling was good and they got here on time. They fixed the spring and did what they needed to do. They got the job done in about 30-45 minutes.

It turned out excellent. I had no problems and they did a good job. He got the job done in one day. Their price was good. You can tell they are service oriented. They did an excellent job with cleanup.

It was great. The scheduling was really easy and they called me back the same day that I emailed him. He was great, very knowledgeable, and didn't try to up-sell me on anything. He was also very honest. He got the job done in about 15-20 minutes.

Installation is outstanding. The difference in the quality of the doors is obvious, but the insulation has made a remarkable difference in the garage temps. Better fit and seal from the elements. Installer was very professional and efficient. LOVE the doors.
