The carpet cleaning was fine and the interior housecleaning was good, but not thorough. I called Susan later to let her know I was dissatisfied with the tile floor cleaning. It seemed like the floors hadn't been cleaned at all; they were dirty although they didn't appear dirty to the eye. I had white ankle socks on and after ~1 hr of walking through the house I was surprised to notice how dirty the bottom of my socks were. I changed to a clean pair of socks and walked all over the carpets and the socks remained clean. I walked on the tile floors and quickly they became dirty. I ended up scrubbing 400+ 13"x13" tiles by hand. Susan and Ronnie were very friendly and pleasant to work with. They were prompt to show up for the estimate when they walked through the house. Susan said she would re-evaluate her cleaning process based on my complaint. It was a lesson to myself to be present and not assume the service is thorough without being there. I had never had a housecleaning service before so I didn't know what to expect.
