She listened to our needs and was able to find the home we wanted in a day. She sold the same home in about a week. She was very thorough in answering our questions about the home-buying process, and eagerly researched all of our more difficult questions. She was fantastic about reminding us when we needed to perform certain steps of the process and made sure we paid a fair price. As a former mathematician, Stacie was able to give us sound advice regarding the terms of the transactions. She double-checked all of the paperwork to ensure that nothing was missed and corrected the title company when they neglected to give us a discount that we were due. We will absolutely choose Stacie the next time we buy and sell a home.

Stacie is brilliant with a bachelors and masters degree in math. She is extremely capable and very detail-oriented and has incredible insight when figuring the best plan. She saved me about $30K because she contested a bad appraisal and proved their numbers were wrong.
