Fraudulent billing practices. The service was fine. The bill that we verbally agreed upon prior to arrival did not match the bill that came in the mail. When the technician arrived, we confirmed the charges that we agreed upon before work began. When we addressed it with the owner, she became argumentative and belligerent. She tried to double charge for trip charges and erroneous disposal fees etc. We did pay the agreed upon price. We do not recommend and caution the public.
