Bob was very conscientious in checking all the solar equipment immediately on delivery for any flaws or damage during transport. He was very good at explaining what was needed at each step in the process of preparing our roof to support the panels, arranging for electrical service work, meeting with inspectors and applying for the alternative energy rebates and credits that made this retrofit affordable.
