Shamrock Tile

Ken and his crew did an outstanding job installing ceramic tile throughout our entire home.  When we were searching for an installer, he provided us with references, and we actually went to view a job they had completed.
The job took about two weeks, and they arrived promptly every day, and cleaned up before leaving every night.
They removed all the baseboards and labeled them, moved furniture and appliances as necessary, and even arranged for a plumber to come and replace the toilets as they completed the bathrooms.
Ken even designed and installed a custom fireplace surround at no extra charge.
They came highly recommended by area tile dealers, and I would recommend them without reservation.

The interaction was excellent. We had used them preciously for a master bathroom and they are great. The cost was very reasonable. The length of time spent and the workmanship were outstanding. They are very diligent and they do their homework first. Everything is laid out in a very timely manner and they do everything they say they will do. When they say they are going to be someplace they are there. I've never seen them late. They are easily the best company that I've dealt and worked with in the last 10 years. They are excellent and outstanding. Their pricing is very fair. We are planning to use them again this year.

He was excellent! He did the job perfectly and he even put plastic over our bookcases. He was very careful and cleaned up after himself. When he came out to give the estimate he figured out exactly what to do with our carpet. He was on time and he spent a lot of time planning. He laid everything out and explained everything. He gave us all the scenarios so we knew exactly what to expect. He put granite on the counter top in our bathroom, and he recommended a plumber to us. He also advised us to warn the plumber to us black caulking - you can't even tell there is any edging because it matches so well. He was just wonderful, I couldn't think of anybody more perfect to do this job!
