A few weeks prior, I had a different contractor attempt to install my range hood and he did a very poor of job it. It was left attached to the ceiling by one screw and about 1.5? off level. I explained my dilemma to Pam and I sent her pictures of the work. She said that her technician would have no problem in fixing the hood. She was able to book an appointment early the following week.
The technician was on time to the appointment and did a thorough assessment of the hood. He ended up having to take the entire hood down and doing a complete proper re-install. He completed the job in little over an hour.
Pam and Service One were great to work with and very accommodating. I would hire Pam and Service One again and highly recommend them for any appliance needs. They do solid work with prompt service at a fair price.
"Original complaint was the Ice Maker was not working. My technician cleared the defrost drain and got the ice maker working again. Customer called back 7-10 days later with problem of fridge leaking, but the ice maker was working. An appointment was scheduled to return as we have a 30 day warranty on all our repairs. Customer cancelled the appointment 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time and said he would fix it himself."
After discovering that my Kenmore refrigerator had stopped cooling, I naturally wanted a prompt repair. A friendly telephone receptionist at Service One connected me with a company tech who agreed to provide a service call the same afternoon. The repairman appeared on schedule, and discovered a malfunctioning control module. He melted a mass of ice in the back panel, made temporary repairs so the refrigerator would operate, and arranged to return the next morning with an appropriate replacement module. He appeared the next day on schedule with the ordered part and installed it, completing the project. The refrigerator has operated perfectly since the repair. Over one half of the total cost was the price of the new control module. The charges for the labor were more than reasonable, given the time invested by the repairman. I was very pleased with the service provided, particularly the prompt response. All of the people I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and professional. I will certainly use Service One again when the need arises.
They set up an appointment for the next day and was here right on time. The service agent was very professional
(had worked in the field for 15 years). He knew exactly what to look for after telling him what had taken place prior to the
refrigerator not working. I would highly recommend the company to my friends and would definitely use them again.
They were very reasonable in their price as well. I give them many kudos!
They gave me a time window the same morning - between 10 and noon.
The technician - E.W. Brandi - arrived about 11:00 a.m.
He checked the circuit breakers, then pulled the oven out - and also showed me how to take the front door off for cleaning, which I appreciated! After diagnosing what the real problem was, he told us that he would have to go get a part. E.W. called to find out that the part was available, and let us know that he would be back to complete the job in about one hour. We went to lunch and left the door open for him.
When we returned, E.W. was there and working, having arrived just before we did.
He had the oven fixed and back into place in short order.
I was really impressed at the professionalism of E.W. and the staff that I spoke to on the phone.
They get right to it and get it done.
I felt completely at ease talking to E.W. and had no qualms leaving the door open for him to return to the job while we were out.
I will recommend them to others in our neighborhood since they're located just over on Damonte Ranch.
