About us
Senior Helpers is a homecare agency providing home care and senior services to the elderly of Northern Nevada. Our goal is to provide care, right at home so seniors do not have to move to an assisted living facility or nursing home. We know seniors want to stay home instead and we can assist with all homemaking and personal care services. We provide as little or as much care as a senior needs to remain living at home safely and as independently as possible. Our Senior Helpers are trained professional caregivers who also provide respite care and transportation. Senior Helpers works alongside local hospice to insure all our clients have the care and support that they need.

Services we offer
Senior Helpers offers a full array of homemaking services as well as personal care services. Whether a senior needs meal preparation, housekeeping, medication reminders or transportation our trained professional caregivers are available. We also provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing and incontinence care. Our staff has specialized training focused on caring for seniors facing challenges with diseases such as Alzheimer's and Dementia, COPD, CHF, Diabetes and many others.
Services we don't offer
Senior Helpers is not permitted by state licensing guidelines to perform any nursing duties including wound care & administration of medication.

"Senior Helpers always does our very best to meet and exceed our clients expectations. One of the ways we are able to do this is by never promising services in a particular location we feel we cannot deliver. At this time we do not have any caregivers available in [member name removed] area to immediately start services. We never leave a senior without the services they need and offered [member name removed] several referrals to local companies that might be able to meet his needs immediately. At the time of his conversation with Brandy [member name removed] responded that he already had several companies he was planning to interview and did not need to take down any of our referrals.
