The work went great. Russ and Colby were very fast and produced some quality work for less than what other companies quoted us. In that regard, we were very happy with them. The only reason I gave a couple of B's was because there was some confusion around the timeline that I just wish would have been better communicated to us. We booked them for a big project, but did not realize the fans could not be installed (we had no ceiling lights/fans upstairs) on the same day the panel was installed. That was not communicated to us, so we booked them for one day. The day before Russ called and explained there would not be time for both the next day, so we would schedule a second day, two weeks out, to install the fans. He was already booked for two weeks at that point. Had we known that, we would have booked him for two days in a row the day we originally scheduled the job. The fans were the whole point of us getting a new panel that could support them. We were planning to have them installed before it got too hot upstairs, but had to wait through the worst heat wave without them. They ended up finishing several hours early with the electric panel on the first day, so I asked them to just install the fans that day, but they wanted to wait until the next scheduled appointment. Anyway, the timing/communication was just a little frustrating, but I guess that is to be expected with busy contractors. I know their schedules are crazy. Overall, they did great work and we will definitely hire them again if we need electrical work done.

We had Russ a variety of electrical jobs for us. He was courteous and prompt and did not complain about going into the attic when it was hot outside. He always stood by his estimates, even when hanging our chandelier took four hours instead of the one hour he had estimated. Great work done with integrity at a fair price.

They're professional and experts. Their prices are really good. They know what they're doing. Everything turned out great.

It went well.  Russ was on time and thorough.  We had some trouble locating the cause of the original problem but he went through everything very methodically and eventually located the issue.  We were very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone.

He did a really good job and was cheaper than everyone else, plus he had a good reputation.  He guaranteed his work, which was very good.  Everything was signed off by the inspector, who said he was one of the best electricians in the city.  He was right on time.  Very friendly, personable, get the job done, no nonsense.
