I ordered 4 Goodyear Eagle GT tires from sears.com website when they were on sale. I had the tires shipped direct to Sears Auto Center on Meadowood Mall Circle for installation. When the tires arrived they called me to setup an appointment. I had the tires the tires as well as had an alignment performed. I found the transaction to be very pleasant and pleased that it went so smoothly. When I dropped off my car at the scheduled time, they were ready for it and got started on it right away. The store called me when it was ready and I was happy that they were able to finish all the work in the timeframe they had estimated. Inside the store when it came time to finalize the paperwork they were very organized and I was on my way quickly. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The service was good. The prices for mounting and balancing as well as the alignment were all right in line with what I was expecting and competitive with other providers.

You can call ahead of time and get an estimate. I think that they overestimate (a tactic that my own employer uses). When you go for the actual service, the check in time is fast. There is a little attempt to upsell their services, but there isn't much pressure. I like using these guys in Reno. They can do an actual 60,000 mile service on a 4-wheel drive vehicle in a short amount of time and they only replace what needs to be replaced. They have a wide variety of service parts in their own inventory.

Everything was done the same day. They couldn't replicate the overheating problem, so I'm not entirely sure the problem has been resolved - I do give them the benefit of the doubt, since it actually hasn't overheated since it left the shop. I'll be taking my car in for the next service, since there's a lot of items that will need to be inspected and/or replaced.
