Santiago and his crew got the work done quickly and neatly. We purchased the T posts and the deer fencing material based on his estimate of what was needed. Santiago provided the labor, concrete and miscellanious hardware and materials.

Angel arrived ON TIME (in our experience, this is rare for landscapers and other service personnel!) and ready to work. He fixed our drip system, removed dead vegetation, and moved some plants. He worked quickly and efficiently, and my husband was impressed enough that he gave him a 33% tip.

Outstanding. First, understand that this is a family owned business. Angel did the work to become a licensed contractor and has gotten trained on the proper techniques for pavers and pond installations. He has brothers working with him and they all bring unique skills to the table. Their work is quality in every respect. Due to my own inattention to my yard it needs some serious updating. I will call on the Santiago brothers without hesitation.

Santiago Landscaping provided the most competitive of three proposals for hardscape as part of our front yard renovation. 
The owner, Angel, suggested a nice design and made helpful suggestions. His overall cost was reasonable and included high quality materials. The work team was efficient  and obviously experienced. 
Occasionally it took longer to return calls than we wanted.
We were going to use this company for installing plants, but they were too busy to meet our timeline.
We asked for a bid from Santiago Landscaping because we were pleased with work they had done in our backyard as a subcontractor for another company.

We had an asphalt driveway for many-many years that needed replacement. Decided it was time to update to pavers over concrete. Santiago Landscape had completed a small paver job for us in the past and came out to give us a bid for the much larger job. The price was what we expected and in line with other bids we received. They did a wonderful job in record time. The site foreman and entire crew was friendly and professional. We could not be happier with the quality and look of the completed job.

It was fine. They followed through with everything I asked them to do.

It went really great. They were very professional. They were easy to work with. They were reasonable in their prices and then they were very accommodating to my wants and needs.

Looks great! Good work and very professional quality staff working for them. Plan to use them again for more paving work very soon.

We only had a general idea of what we wanted. Angel Santiago met with us and showed us a book of previous yard projects he had done. He came back with a design that included trees and plants, patio pavers, sidewalk, lawns, sprinklers and drip system and a dry creek which was exactly how we had envisioned it. We also had a cement pad poured for a future shed.
All work was done by a crew of no slack workers. They were courteous and respectful and friendly. I feel we really lucked out in finding them and would recommend them any time.

They are very responsive, and quick to correct any issues that may arise. We will definitely use them in the future.

Went exactly as planned

I would have to say you need to be patient with this guy! He is very busy.
Once the work got started it went very well. Mr. Santiago picked the wall blocks and pavers and I was pleased with his selections. (I'm sure I could have had a choice) All employees were proficient, polite and knew what they were doing! True craftsmen! I'm in Fernley, and coming from Reno, work did not start until around 10 a.m ( which was fine with me!) but went beyond 6 p.m. The employees worked consistently and very hard.
Not all landscapers had work permits for Lyon Co. I looked at a lot of them, but Santiago had everything: Licenses, insurance, etc. I felt secure with him, and I'm glad he was the company I chose for the job. I gave him a bad review in August which I wish I could take back, and hope this one makes amends!

The crew did an excellent job. All were very nice and professional.

We were getting bids on backyard landscaping for our new home. We had seen the Santiago trucks doing quite a bit of work in our new community. Other bids were way high for the rock work I wanted, plus the irrigation addition. I had done this type of rock landscaping prior and knew what labor was involved. I also checked the new prices for the rock and fabric and dirt. I pretty much knew how much materials would be, and how long it would take me to do it all myself. Angel Santiago came over the day after I called, put the bid on email the next day. I had a question on one thing, he emailed the response back the same night.
I called him the next day and he said he would be over Thurs. to finalize and set the dates. Tuesday am he called and said he had a crew available and rock handy--could they start at once? YES!
By noon, the rock was here and they were taking down the fence section to access the backyard. They moved the huge boulders I had snagged from the construction area around our house for visual effects. They worked all day and came back the next morning. Finished midday. Had to wait a day for the tree I wanted (timing of the weather and the nursery stock) but the guy came in after announcing himself and had it done quickly.
Could not be more pleased. (Cannot wait to get into the great looking dirt and start the vegetable garden!)

They showed up on time and did the job. However, even though I was home and available to be asked questions, one of the installers chose to do something without asking me. Make sure you stay on top of them because they may make a decision without your approval. Therefore, I had to have them come back out and fix the problem. Make sure you know pricing of your pavers and receive several quotes. They are very skilled and they will negotiate price. The quality of the work is good though.

The job went smoothly. No muss, no fuss. Came on schedule. Completed timely and thoroughly cleaned up after the job.

The edging did not turn out right so they took it out and re did it at their expense. They later returned to build another rock river. They are very pleasant people to work with. They are very knowledgeable and very eager to please. They do a nice job with water features. I have recommend them to half a dozen of people and they have all been pleased.

We gave Angel Santiago our basic concept and he designed the rest . His bid and contract were detailed and easily understood. There were no surprises. His crew was harding working, dilgent and professtional. True craftsmen. They were very responsive to customer's changes and requirements. They do exceptional work are easy to deal with and are detailed orientated. If there were any issues or concerns Angle would personally respond and then followup with his crew on site usually within 24 hrs. We will use Santiago Landscaping again on future projects.
