John and Johnny and their team were very responsive, timely, and honest. They communicated and discussed specfic concerns, pricing, and nature of work needed. They showed up on time with a smile, and I feel went above and beyond to fix my sewer and plumbing issues. They finished the job and made sure the work area was cleaned up well. I would definately recommend Root O Matic and already have!

At first I believed it was going well. The plumber replaced the two faucets and toilets. But when it came to the rest of the job, he told us that it would not be done as agreed on the same day. We were going on vacation the following day and could not be available to supervise the finishing of the work. He assured us that the rest would be completed on the following days. When we came back, we noticed that the outside jobs had been done sloppily. There was dirt and raw sewage left on the front yard and not cleaned up. The hose bibs were installed but not finished completely. There were leaks from the bibs and the framing of the bib was not put on correctly. (it should have been replaced with a new frame). During the entire process, the plumber was on the phone while working. He was setting up other jobs and solving problems. I felt that this company was unprofessional and was not reliable. Before agreeing to the job, I mentioned that we could wait until we got back from our holiday, but he assured us that it would done in a day.
