Ron put in extra time and effort to make sure the computer was up and running and free of mal-ware and viruses. He backed up all data. Part of the cost was for an external hard drive and Windows 10. Ron did a great job.

Ron is a very professional provider and quite knowledgeable. He responded very quickly to my call and my computer was in working order - better and faster  - the next day. My computer had a virus and after his working on it, I didn't lose a file.  Ron has been taking care of my computers for the past 10 years.  I don't know what I'd do without him.  I trust him to  do a great job for a great price.  I always refer my friends to him.  Everyone is always satisfied.

Ron is very patient.  We are not computer gurus and he went on through a remote control (always with our permission), and checked for virus and we discussed the need to do a back up and that we needed to set up a back up with him so that he could be available should we have a problem as we are so new at the back up system.
Ron has provided continuing education classes and that has been very helpful.  He has always been very helpful and gets back to us immediately when we call.  His knowledge of the systems totally amazes me but that's what he's the guru and I'm not!   I am very grateful to Ron for sharing his expertise and being as helpful as he is.  We will continue to work with this very knowledgeable man!

Everything was perfect..Ron always completes things on time and he knows everything about computers...he helps with small and large problems... Nothing has ever been to small.. He also has classes for people to help them with all of the questions..

If you've never used a computer repair service before or have had a bad or mediocre experience with a so-called and quot;expertand quot; in the past, and you need an experienced, fully knowledgeable, straight shooting person who can get the job done right the first time and at a price that will blow away the competition, look no further than Ron.

and quot;Going the extra mileand quot; would be an insufficient attribute of Ron's. In the best world, you want someone who has had extensive experience, who is up to date in knowledge and skillset. You want somebody who can provide sound advice. And, you want someone who knows how to trouble-shoot problems (my laptop had a gazillion!) and to implement the solutions. Ron qualifies in all these critical areas.

My laptop was suffering a slow death from viruses and malware and a very unusual spam-type executable file that was hidden deeply and that was generating massive numbers of dll files, which filled up the memory completely. It was a surprise to me to discover that the well-know anti-virus product (N _ _ _ _ _) that I was using was also problematic, including taking up enormous processing space, which degraded performance dramatically. Windows Essentials for System 7 (AKA Windows Defender in System 8) is the preferred alternative, that is compatible and better suited with Microsoft's OS. That's what I'm using now, thanks to Ron.

Compared to what I had been dealing with over the past few weeks, my PC now feels like a Ferrari. But that says a lot about how bad it was before Ron worked his magic!

Once you work with Ron, you'll want to keep him in your back pocket for the next time you have a computer-related project or problem.

when I called him and left a message for him he was quick to return my call, he was knowable about his craft and had plenty of ides as to what i could do. After I tried his ideas and nothing worked he continued to work with me to help me find a soution to my problem. In the end the problem was solved and he didn't charge me a dime for his time that in this day and age is refreshing.

Mr. Chohamin is quite professionald and personable. He is very experienced and provided a quality product. His pricing is quite fair and he is very responsive to the customers' needs.
