Dale Robins is an old-time craftsman with plenty of experience under his belt who takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right. I was concerned about proper shingle placement and nailing patterns and was relieved when I found out that Dale was going to be nailing down the shingles himself and he understood the importance of these things to prevent future leaks. I very much agree with all the other 5-star reviews and feel totally satisfied with the roof replacement he did. Would highly recommend giving him a call.

Excellent results. Couldn’t be happier. Price is right. Had the roof installed just under a year ago and looks like he was put on yesterday. Will be using again for my rental property in any future roofing needs…

This is a great company, great work, on time, on budget and very reasonable prices, the best I could find with 5 comparisons.

They loaded 30 squares of roofing from the ground to the roof. The work was impeccable. They cleaned everything up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dale Robins the owner, operator and installer of Robins Roofing Company did an EXCELLET job on our roof.I wish to detail the experience from start to finish.
1. Dale submitted a written bid upon request and in a timely fashion. He itemized all the new materials and removal / installation services to be provided.
2. After being given approval and acceptance of the contract he began work right away, on the morning of the day he said he would.
3. Dale himself was up on the roof working with his crew with due diligence when I arrived the first day. I am most impressed by the fact that Dale took a First Hand interest in our job. When hiring a roofer, it's nice to have him up on the job!
4. He had an efficient and masterful technique for removing the old roof, which was a shake shingle roof, not an easy task.
5. Dale and his crew kept the job site well picked up and clean all during the removal process.
6. On the morning of the third day it was raining. Dale had the new tar paper / roofing felt #15 already in place the night before the rain started and the roof was completely protected. I was on the site at 7:30 am that morning and Dale was already there up on the roof working on the installation of the 2 x 2 edge drip molding and the new GAF High definition shingles. He continued to work even though it was raining lightly. He was undaunted. He simply said, and quot;A Roofer always has his eye on the weather!and quot; No worries!
7. Dale and his crew finished the job the next day, installing 5 new roof vents, all new pipe flashing, and he used the Old-School method of weaving the shingles together in the valley areas, citing that this method was more reliable in the event the roof ever became loaded with snow and ice and the melt water dams up. Again, I am impressed with his professional technique and know-how.
8. Dale is soft spoken, but very personable. He had his permit visible while working on the job. He and his crew worked efficiently and Dale was always there on site working from start to finish.
I wish to recommend Dale Robins for his professionalism, his first-hand involvement in our job, and his efficient and reliable methods.

After receiving several bids from other roofing companies we decided to go with this company who had one of the lower estimates. To save money we decided to tear the old roof off ourselves. So he gave us a lower estimate. The owner offered to let us use his dump trailer we offered to dump it ourselves and he told us it was no problem he would dump for us. In the estimate it included the removal of all debris from the job site so we were under the impression that dumping the trailer was included. The roofers showed up in a timely manner and completed the job quickly the roof was done correct. We were happy with the work that was done. When it came time to pay they were trying to charge us $400.00 more for dumping the trailer and some extra shingles.We disputed the charges the owner was angry and said we were ripping him off and I explained he should have been more clear with us about the dump trailer because of the way the contract stated "remove all debris from project" we thought it was included and as far as the extra shingles were concerned he is the professional and should have added them into the estimate at the beginning. I refused to pay for the extra shingles but I did pay him an extra 120.00 for the dump trailer which he said he had to pay to dump it. Overall he does very good work just beware of extra charges that he may not explain in the beginning.
