We stress full disclosure in everything we do, especially when it comes to your electronics! This is the basis for how we developed our business and customer interaction. From computer repair to network setup, we’ll show you what we do and how we do it! If you have a question, just ask and we’ll do our best to answer it. Our techs are dedicated to making solutions as painless as possible. This also stands true in our pricing, you know exactly what you’re getting with flat rates for every service no matter how long it takes! If the original agreement changes, we’ll contact you before moving forward. Our ultimate goal is to keep our customer base as informed and knowledgeable about their electronics as we possibly can. Any home (or business) visit is only $35. All of our services have flat rate prices. We only charge by the hour if a certain situation calls for it. PC or Mac restores are done for only $50+ parts (This package will restore your PC or Mac to factory running condition.)

Justin arrived on time, as he always has (this is not the first time we have used his company's services), checked out our computer and resolved our issue. He was helpful, answering all our "you can tell we know nothing" questions without hesitation. He was never pushy to add time or services but at no time rushed through the service appointment.
The services his company has provided include a frozen computer, consulting on programs, repairing a couple lap-tops and more. There are more details to the services he has provided but I don't know enough about the magic of electronics to describe what he did. We had issues, computers wouldn't work and after his visit, all was working properly and the price for what we received was very fair.
They have also provided tech support and answered questions by phone when possible.
I would highly recommend them. We will not use anyone else to do what they do.
