The crew arrived on time, sought my directions on how far to cut back, and began pruning. Work required removal of substantial limbs and branches and was completed in a reasonable time without problem. They removed all cuttings and the yard was raked clean. The apple trees were properly trimmed and now look great. The crew was courteous, professional, and efficient. Price seemed competitive for substantial amount of work involved.

The company is busy so I had to wait several weeks for my job to come up on their schedule. They used a large crew so they worked fast. The workers were very organized and completed the job in only 3-4 hours. They chipped most of the branches and thoroughly cleaned up the yard.

THE VERY LARGE PINE TREE WAS THINNED OUT, DEAD BRANCHES REMOVED, CUT LOWER BRANCHES UP TO ALLOW SUN TO REACH THE LAWN AND FOR MORE EASE IN MOWING GRASS.

Kristy came once to make the estimate, then later with the crew to do the work. We had several phone exchanges as well. She was willing to negotiate regarding the price. She was clearly interested in getting my business, unlike the other company I called to ask for a quote.
The crew showed up on time and I showed them what I wanted to have done. Kristy left to supervise another project, and returned just as the crew was finishing. I asked that they cut up the wood that was large enough to be firewood, into fireplace-sized lengths. They did that and stacked it neatly. The rest they put through their chipper and hauled it away. The crew did a pretty reasonable job of cleaning up after the job, raking up stray chips and small branches. There was a snafu on communication: the crew took out an extra tree that I had wanted to keep. Despite that, yes I would hire them again and recommend their service to other people.
